Visites officielles et diplomatiques
Les ressortissants étrangers qui ont l'intention de visiter le Sri Lanka à des fins officielles ou diplomatiques doivent faire parvenir leur demande au Département de l'Immigration et émigration
Notes:
L’ETA sans frais (gratuit) est applicable uniquement pour les détenteurs de passeports diplomatiques et officiels.
L'ETA sans frais est accordé pour les détenteurs de passeport normal, si les dispositions ont été prises entre le gouvernement du Sri Lanka et les pays respectifs.
Pour les visites personnelles, les détenteurs de passeports diplomatiques et officiels doivent suivre la procédure de demande normale de l’ETA.
Diplomatic and official passport holders should not apply Tourist/Business ETA for their official visits or to engage in any official assignments in Sri Lanka.please note that Tourist/Business ETA cannot be converted into a Residence visa at any circumstances.

Diplomatic & Official/Service passport holders from the following countries are exempted from the ETA processing fee and the ETA procedures for their official and private visits to Sri Lanka. A visit visa will be issued on arrival to Sri lanka for passport holders of these countries.

  Seychelles   Diplomatic, Official or Ordinary   60 days at each visit and cumulative duration of 90 days in a year
  Peoples Republic of China (PRC)   Diplomatic, Official Service and Public affairs on the basis of equality and reciprocity   Up to 30 days
  United Arab Emirates(UAE)   Diplomatic, Official, Special Passport holders   Up to 30 days
